Welcome to my cake blog!

Hi! My name is Rosie, and I'm a cake designer. I do just about everything--elegant, classic, contemporary, modern, goofy, cartoon, fondant, buttercream, chocolate... I'm working on building my portfolio, as well as a clientele. Therefore, as frequently requested, here is a blog for photos and updates!

I can and will do just about everything (I make my own fondant/gumpaste flowers and figures), but my main expertise is fun stuff--kid's cakes, dirty cakes, stuff that I can have fun with, and you'll have just as fun eating!
